DAY 1 WINNIPEG TO MOOSE JAW
Your Moose Jaw ultimate escape begins as we head west via Portage la Prairie, with a coffee break stop in Brandon and lunch in Moosomin. After lunch we proceed to Moose Jaw for our 3-night stay at the Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa Located in the heart of the Prairies, Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa features world-renowned geothermal mineral pools, spacious rooms, and more amenities than any other hotel in Moose Jaw. Remainder of the evening is free to relax and enjoy the spa or try your luck across the street at the Moose Jaw Casino.
DAY 2 MOOSE JAW
The morning is free to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and rejuvenate in the one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor rooftop mineral pool. These geothermal pools, drawn from an ancient seabed more than 1,350 meters (4,500 ft.) below the earth’s surface, and are warm year-round. This afternoon, enjoy a tour of Historic Moose Jaw, with visits to Grayson Mansion which houses the Fifth Avenue Jewelry Collection and Oliv where you will have the opportunity to taste and learn about the different Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars.
DAY 3 MOOSE JAW
Today is yours to enjoy and experience the amenities of the Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa. Why not de-stress with a Sun Tree Spa’s facial, massage, body wrap, manicure, pedicure, scrub, signature treatment or you might want to take part in a therapeutic aquatic exercise class.
DAY 4 MOOSE JAW TO WINNIPEG
Today we bid farewell to our friendly Saskatchewan hosts and head home via Regina, Moosomin for lunch, afternoon coffee break in Brandon and return to Winnipeg relaxed and rejuvenated from our ultimate spa escape!
Gentle Water Yoga
Gentle Yoga is great for people new to yoga and for those hoping to strengthen and stretch muscles and ease joint pain. A great way to take part in the daily exercise your body needs. Summer Yoga classes begin on the outdoor pool deck and then transition into the mineral water, while Fall/Winter Yoga begins on the indoor deck with 20 to 30 minutes in the mineral water.
Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise Program
The Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise Program is a recreational program (conducted in the geothermal mineral pool) providing the opportunity to socialize, improve health and have fun! The soothing warmth and buoyancy of the water provides a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve balance, and promote relaxation. Everyone is welcome!
